This film is about the architecture of the regional office of the World Bank in Delhi designed by Raj Rewal. An architecture, where present day requirements are met by fusing the latest technology with the Indian stone craft tradition and a feeling for nature.

It begins by showing the architectural context of Delhi and of the site, studies the design process, shows the various phases in construction of the building, the choices regarding furnishing and decoration of the finished building and ends with the impact of this architecture on a user.
